How to place a quote request?
Placing a quote request is very simple. All you need to do is selecting the relevant service and areas that need to be cleaned by filling a Free quote request. Our system will display the registered cleaners in you area and their price.

Can I cancel a quote request?
Yes! You can cancel a quote request at any time. Once a quote request is cancelled you will not receive any further quotes from any other cleaners in Glasgow, London or Edinburgh.

Can I cancel an accepted quote?
Yes you can. When you cancel an accepted quote, our platform will notify the cleaner about it and issue a full or partial refund depending when you cancelled. Please refer to our cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions. You can always reschedule the cleaning by contacting the cleaner or our customer service.

Can I amend a quote request?
Your request can be amended at any point by yourself for "Property Cleaning, Domestic Window Cleaning, Oven Cleaning and Carpet Shampoo / Steam cleaning" or by our customer service for the rest of the services

Can I amend an accepted quote?
Yes you can. This can be done by contacting the cleaner directly or our customer service at 0141 488 00 88 or Contact@cleanifiq.com. If you decided to remove or add some areas to your cleaning this may result in a partial refund or extra cost depending on the situation

I am not happy with the level
of cleaning I’ve received.
What should I do?If you are not happy with the job done by your cleaning service from London or Glasgow, please take pictures of the areas that you don't like and contact us within 48 hours from the job completion date or before pressing " Happy with the Job" at 0141 488 00 88 or Contact@cleanifiq.com. Depending on the situation, there are different outcomes. We can arrange for the cleaner to attend and rectify any issues or issue a partial or full refund.

Are the cleaners vetted and insured?
All of our cleaners undergo thorough vetting, including verification of their IDs, proof of address, and right to work. Before they are allowed to offer quotes for cleaning jobs in London, Glasgow, or Edinburgh, we ensure that they meet all necessary requirements. On occasion, we may allow a cleaner who is new to our platform to go live without insurance coverage. However, this information will always be clearly displayed on our platform so that customers can make an informed decision before booking a cleaner
