Property Cleaning Services (Excluding Post-Construction)
Service will be provided by independent cleaning professionals, who will utilize professional cleaning solutions and equipment in accordance with the cleaning effort level chosen by you, ensuring a thorough and efficient job on all selected areas.
Rooms, Hall, and Staircase:
The service caters to rooms no larger than a "King size bedroom." Cleaners will work on all accessible surfaces, light fittings, window sills, radiators (including exterior sides, behind and inside, without disassembly, where applicable), door frames, doors, furniture, light switches, plugs, skirting boards, and floors. Light fittings are cleaned with an extension pole if suitable for dust and cobwebs, but scrubbing may not be possible for fittings higher than a 3-step ladder reach.
For hallways, our maximum length is 5 meters (longer hallways can be charged extra or counted as x2)
Staircases up to 20 steps are counted as 1 staircase, anything larger can be charged extra by the cleaner
Note: Walls and ceiling cleaning only includes dusting and cobweb removal. Walls are not washed or stain-removed to prevent potential damage and due to the additional time it may require. The only exception is for bathroom tiles and kitchen splashbacks. Livingroom is counted as a room
Cupboard/Small Storage Room Cleaning:
This service applies to cupboards that are empty or have a minimal amount of items (Cupboards filled with items can be charged extra by the cleaner and also cleaning the items in the cupboards)
Boilers, meters, and electrical areas are dusted if it's safe to do so.
Bathroom Cleaning:
All easy-to-reach surfaces are cleaned, including walls (if tiled), woodwork, plugs, switches, skirting boards, and floors.
Cobwebs are removed and painted walls are dusted. Ceiling is not included, cleaning a mouldy ceiling can be charged extra by the cleaner. Please be aware that while a standard-sized bathroom is covered under this service, larger bathrooms, particularly those larger than a single bedroom and featuring separate shower and bath areas, may attract extra charges due to their size and complexity.
Kitchen Cleaning:
The service caters to kitchens with up to 16 kitchen units.
All the same basics from the room description apply. The top of kitchen units is usually included in the cleaning, even if slightly higher than a 3-step ladder reach.
Appliances will be cleaned behind only if they're on wheels, easy to pull, or pre-pulled by the customer to prevent floor damage.
Note: Dish/cutlery washing is excluded from this service and can be charged extra by the cleaner.
In addition to the standard kitchen cleaning practices, it's important to address the treatment of kitchen worktops and units, particularly those with a wood structure (including natural wood). Wood surfaces are often sensitive to harsh chemicals and degreasers, which might leave stains or cause damage. In such scenarios, cleaners will opt for less aggressive cleaning solutions, like white paste, to ensure the wood's integrity is not compromised. However, customers should be aware that these gentler cleaning methods might not completely remove all dirt and stains
Oven Cleaning:
This service is dedicated to cleaning your oven, tackling those hard-to-reach areas and cutting through built-up grease and grime. Here's what's included:
Interior Cleaning: The cleaning professionals will meticulously clean the oven's interior, including the walls, bottom, top, and oven door. If the oven door's glass can be safely opened or removed, it will be cleaned on both sides.
Racks and Trays Cleaning: The cleaning includes the standard number of racks and trays that originally came with the oven. These will be separately cleaned with professional-grade cleaning solutions to ensure thorough removal of grime. Please note that if the oven contains more than the standard number of racks and trays, or if you request cleaning of additional items like pots and pans, the cleaning professional may charge an additional fee.
Oven Exterior: The cleaning process includes the exterior of the oven: front, top, sides, and if the oven can be safely moved, the hidden sides will be cleaned as well. Control knobs, handles, and external glass will be meticulously cleaned.
Hob Cleaning (if selected): The cleaning professionals will clean the hob, removing all traces of food particles and built-up grease. This includes the burners, grates, control knobs, and exterior surface.
Hob Filter Cleaning (if selected): If your hob has a filter, it will also be cleaned to remove trapped grease and food particles.
Please note: Cleaning professionals use suitable cleaning products for each type of surface and part to avoid causing damage. They will only disassemble and reassemble any removable parts if it is safe and practical to do so. Older or heavily-used ovens may still show signs of staining after a thorough cleaning due to age and wear and tear.
Service Limitations:
The cleaning professionals will not repair or service broken or faulty ovens. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the oven is in working condition before the cleaning service is performed. Self-cleaning ovens not meant to be cleaned with cleaning products might not be serviced. If the oven is not on wheels and cannot be safely moved, the sides will not be cleaned to avoid potential damage to floors.
Window Cleaning:
For large windows, the maximum size catered to is 2 meters by 1.5 meters.
The exterior of windows beyond the ground floor or those that do not open inwards will not be cleaned.
Roller blinds will be dusted or gently wiped. Scrubbing very dirty roller blinds is not performed to avoid potential damage.
Venetian blinds will be cleaned as fitted, or the cleaner can opt to take them off for cleaning if they are able to refit them. Cleaning may be refused if blinds are extremely dirty and using chemicals and scrubbing will damage them.
Carpet Shampoo/Steam Cleaning:
The service caters to rooms no larger than a king-size bedroom or a 5-meter long hallway.
The process does not include moving heavy furniture or decluttering however it includes hoovering the area before washing.
Cleaners need to be notified about any pets and excessive pet hair can be a reason for an extra charge.
Although all effort is made to remove stains, their complete removal is not guaranteed, however it is guaranteed that cleaners will use professional equipment, techniques and solutions.
Possible Additional Charges:
Additional charges may be requested for wiping an excessive number of items on furniture (when surfaces are cluttered with multiple items preventing cleaners from cleaning that surface without moving those objects), restoration cleaning after smoking indicated by yellowing of walls and surfaces, cleaning after a nearby fire indicated by the presence of soot or black marks, excessive animal hair present, de-clutterings, or bagging more than three bags of rubbish, cleaning cutlery and crockery, arranging clothes, ironing, or waiting for customers to clear areas or bagging before cleaning ( on cleaners arrival all areas need to be ready for cleaner to start cleaning and not wait). Additionally, for properties requiring extreme cleaning due to special circumstances like neglect, disability, or after a bereavement, where situations like the presence of pests, vomit, or waste are encountered, cleaners can charge extra depending on the gravity of it ( this is not covered in the level 4 cleaning, please message cleaners with some pictures to find out the additional cost for such cleanings)
Service Limitations:
Cleaners cannot move heavy furniture, clean the exterior of high to reach windows (except for when you selected commercial window cleaning), clean properties without access to water, electricity, or drainage, clean areas with exposed cables or high electrical risks, clean areas with strong smells of gas, or clean areas with biohazard risks, unless previously agreed upon and confirmed
After Builders Cleaning:
In addition to the services provided in regular property cleaning, After Builders Cleaning also includes the removal of fresh paint and plaster stains from woodwork and plastic in the selected areas.
The volume of paint and plaster should be reasonable. If it's excessive, the cleaners have the right to either charge extra or refuse the service. Any additional charges should be agreed upon before the cleaning process begins.
Keep in mind that After Builders Cleaning does not cover stain removal from porous materials such as natural stone or unsealed wood, and does not include waste removal from construction or renovation projects. If these services are needed, they must be discussed and agreed upon separately.
Domestic Window Cleaning:
This service focuses on maintaining clean and clear windows for your home. The aspects of this service are as follows:
Interior Window Cleaning: If selected, cleaning professionals will address the interior side of your windows. They will remove smudges, fingerprints, dust, and other debris from the glass, using cleaning solutions suitable for glass surfaces. Window sills on the interior will also be cleaned.
Exterior Window Cleaning: If selected, professionals will clean the exterior of your windows up to a height that can be safely reached with a three-step ladder or a two-meter extension pole. This includes cleaning the glass, ensuring a clear and streak-free finish. Please note that due to safety concerns, the cleaning professionals cannot clean the exterior of windows that do not open inwards or are located above the ground floor and exceed the accessible height limit.
Window Frame Cleaning: If selected, cleaning professionals will clean the window frames on both the inside and outside (conditions for exterior cleaning as mentioned above), removing dust, cobwebs, and any other surface dirt.
Blinds Cleaning: If chosen as an additional service, roller blinds will be dusted or gently wiped, and Venetian blinds will be cleaned while fitted. If blinds can be safely removed and refitted, cleaning professionals might opt for a more thorough cleaning.

For these services, the specific details, expectations, and cost will be discussed and agreed upon directly between you and the cleaner. Please provide a clear description of the job required when submitting your quote request. The cleaner will then provide a customized quote based on your specific needs.
Once you receive the quote, it will outline the scope of the service and the agreed-upon price. If there are any additional tasks or specific requirements that were not included in the initial quote, make sure to discuss and agree on them with the cleaner before proceeding.
It's important to note that the terms and agreements for these services are established through our platform. As such, any agreements or discussions related to the service should be conducted within our messaging system. This will serve as the official record and proof of the agreed-upon terms.
By accepting the quote and confirming the booking through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in the quote. This serves as the agreement between you and the cleaner for the specified service.
In the event of any issues or disputes, our platform will refer to the agreed-upon quote and job description, along with the messages exchanged within our system, as the basis for resolution. We highly recommend keeping all communication within our platform to maintain a transparent and traceable record.

Disclaimer: Parking, Pets, Customer Presence During Cleaning:
Parking: Please note that if parking is limited or requires payment at the service location, it is the customer's responsibility to provide necessary parking arrangements or reimburse the cleaner for any parking fees incurred during the service. We recommend communicating this expectation upfront to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning experience. Parking can be paid by raising an additional payment request and should be done prior to cleaning to start
Pets: If the customer has pets at the property, it is important to inform the cleaner beforehand. Please provide any specific instructions or considerations regarding the pets during the service. This will help the cleaner ensure the safety and well-being of both the pets and themselves during the cleaning process.
Presence: For safety reasons, we recommend that customers refrain from being present in the same room where cleaning is taking place, especially when chemicals or cleaning agents are being used. It is important to note that professional cleaners are equipped with the necessary knowledge, experience, and personal protective equipment to handle such substances.
Allowing the cleaner to work without customer presence helps ensure the smooth progress of the cleaning process and minimizes any potential risks. If you have any questions or specific concerns, we encourage you to discuss them with the cleaner beforehand through our platform's messaging system.
