Yes, you’re in control. Set your rates, cover area, choose your availability, and decide which types of jobs you want to accept. Cleanifiq works around your preferences.

How do payments work?

Private Customers: Pay upfront, and the payment is released to you 48 hours after the job is completed, provided there are no complaints. Business Customers: If you opt in, these clients (e.g., letting agencies) operate on a 30-day payment term. Cleanifiq’s invoice tool automatically generates and sends invoices on your behalf. Once payment is received, it takes 7 days to transfer to your account.

How much does it cost to join?

It’s free to sign up. Cleanifiq charges a 20% commission on paid jobs, deducted at the time your payment is transferred.

What if a customer complains about a job?

Private Customers: Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of job completion. Business Customers: Complaints must be raised within 7 days. Our team reviews all complaints. If the issue is valid, you’ll have 48 hours to address it. If the complaint is unreasonable (e.g., a customer paid for a quick oven wipe but expects deep degreasing), we will reject it.

Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment?

Yes, as an independent cleaner, you’ll need your own tools and supplies. Cleanifiq can help you find trusted suppliers if needed.

Do I need insurance?

While we recommend having your own insurance, Cleanifiq currently provides free insurance coverage for providers. Fees may apply in the future, but you’ll be notified in advance.
